Did you know that a huge percent of employment stems online?
If you are looking for a healthy start, Ripple is a great place to market and meet clients in your desired industry.
Managed by the company's Human Resource and Community Building Management team — Ripple VAs has been continually expanding and providing opportunities to aspirant VA applicants who seek to land a job with their marketable abilities.
When is it?
Every first and last Friday of the month, Ripple virtually launches the Career Care Night event. During the said evening, applicants will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with company representatives and may be hired on the same day as their interview.
This is done to expedite the hiring process for experienced VAs and avoid unnecessary red tape.
How is it done?
Joined by the forces of Ripple's Chief Recruiting Officer, Cecil Encinares, and Chief Operations Officer Shana Mae Manzano, they take turns interviewing the applicants after the company's orientation.
After careful deliberations, they'll decide who gets hired on the spot, who gets more trial tasks, and who has to try again in three months.
What makes it valuable?
The event in itself exemplifies the company's care and compassion for people who needed a job that didn't just revolve around salaries but also created a healthy and spiritually connected environment for its current and future employees— bolstered by the necessary set of skills they'd need thanks to Ripple's Helpdesk Center and highly advanced training.
