MY RIPPLE EARNING STORY: Shana Manzano

𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦

At Ripple VAs, we know that the most significant contributor to our success is always our people. Thus, we have committed to promote growth and satisfy the needs of our virtual assistants, not just providing quality service to our clients.

Each member of our family has their own unique earning story to tell and a distinctive journey with Ripple — and here at Ripple, we value these stories.

We take pride in our virtual assistants, and we appreciate their earnest efforts in making a difference to our client's businesses and making a difference in their lives. Here is a Ripple Earning Story from one of our virtual assistants, Shana.

Ripple Earning Story: Shana

The things destined for us will be ours someday, but it is all a matter of timing. Such is also why pain transpires — so that after driving through the lessons we have learned, we can only be in a position when we are ripe for our purpose. It is called trusting the process.

When asked to describe her Ripple Earning Story in one word, Shana Mae Manzano said her conquest is padlocked with "process." She believed all of us are made for a purpose, and this is why it is significant to have faith and trust that we will get there eventually. "Our God is a God of [the] process [...] If you can be trusted with little, God will entrust you with much," she elaborated.

The 27-year-old Chief Operating Officer of the company shared that she had nothing to envision for her career before joining Ripple. More than three years ago, her lightness made her deem her previous job a provision from God, teaching her emotional and mental strength. She regarded her work-life back then as merely surviving another day at work.

Not long after she connected to Ripple, she heartily knew there would be fresh ground for her to stand and grow wings to fly. With God in the company's heart and Jez as the CEO and a gifted leader, she could only see growth from hereon. She envisioned great things in her career.

"One of those is my growth in the leadership aspect. I am grateful for the investment that Jez had put into training me, and she had helped me reach my potential, both as a virtual assistant and a leader. Other benefits are the friends and family that I gain here in Ripple through the mentorship. So shout out to Team Heirs!"

Shana testified how the company had been a blessing to her both financially and spiritually. The change in her financial status has been significant after being part of Ripple to the point that she could give more to her parents, start on her savings, and observe the growth in her tithes.

However, it was not an overnight change, and God has disciplined Shana through the process. She recalled how the company weathered terrible times in its beginning and that it also led to many areas in her life extensively tested at that time. But, just as the company was able to rise from the testing, she thanked God that she withstood as well.

"I'm grateful to share as well that I have purchased my first car — a fruit of my savings since working with Ripple," Shana said.

She added that earning a living in Ripple allowed her to experience the most fulfilling thing she has had in life so far: Seeing the growth in what she gives back to her parents and her tithes and offerings.

In the desire for vitality and faith, Shana was the first person appreciative of who she is by creating a durable self-sense apart from external aspects, recognizing her value in the process of life instead of at the verge of some goal. She asserted that God would test our hearts as well once we are already earning more. With this, she said it is essential to allow God and His word to align our hearts daily. For in this that makes us wise, happy, or whatever.

Shana's earning story makes us think that trusting the process appears to be even more challenging. However, this does not mean we should not. Like her, trusting the process in our respective careers that while we are not precisely where we imagined being, we are working our way to getting there.
