Krisha Marijoule T. Suasin: The Visionary Worker

Krisha Marijoule T. Suasin is a cheerful and happy virtual assistant of Ripple VAs. She is 22 years old and graduated with Bachelor of Science in Foreign Affairs from Silliman University and currently pursuing a law degree in the same school. She had her internship in the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs in the Office of Strategic Communications and Research and Department of Foreign Affairs Regional Consular Office Dumaguete. She attended online courses in Introduction to the Core Humanitarian Standard seminar in the Humanitarian Leadership Academy as well as Fundamentals of Immigration Detention in the United Nations High Commissioner on Refugees.

Krisha joined Ripple VAs because she wanted to sustain herself and be independent. As a dedicated virtual assistant, she balances her time wisely by making a weekly schedule and writes things down in pen and paper. Krisha channels her creativity through drawing and reading books, alongside her love for dogs. She has good proficiency in English, Filipino, and knows three foreign languages: Spanish, Mandarin, and French. Her knowledge on Microsoft Office, Press and Photo Releases Editing allows her to do quality work for the company. Krisha’s bucket list includes working for an NGO that advocates for women’s rights or pursuing a Master’s degree program for international studies in Geneva. She plans to visit Iceland and Anne Frank’s house in Amsterdam. And lastly, she wants to donate to cancer patients because her grandfather battled cancer for ten years.

Ripple is an essential company in shaping her confidence, interpersonal skills, and financial literacy. She appreciates the Ripple Mentorship Program because it calms a busy day and guides her throughout the week. Her motto is:

“Always do your best and do not be ashamed to ask. It means that you are willing to be taught and to learn.”

With all these, she hopes to become a lawyer someday and work in the Philippine Foreign Service.
